Greatest strength

What do you consider your greatest strength?

I have a couple.  It’s my ability to learn new things and my tenacity.  I’ve always known that I can pick up new things rather quickly, when I put my mind to it.  I’m able to retain a lot of knowledge and can recall it rather well when needed.  Usually this pertains to things I do on a daily basis.  Much of my schooling is long lost to the winds.

The second greatest strength is my ability to persist through many difficult times.  Many people have commented on how I was able to last at my previous job, when others couldn’t handle the management issues.  In my six years there, I saw about 8 people pass through the other three positions in my office.  In my current position, I have managed to last there probably about 2 years longer than anticipated with the way things have changed.
